To create orders on the Docketbook mobile app while you are away from the office, follow these steps:
- Select the Customer from your Contacts List.
- Enter the Reference Numbers, both yours and your customer's.
- Select the date range for which the order applies.
- Choose the Docket Template to be used for this order.
Next, navigate to the next tab and add the items that need to be supplied or worked on for this order.
Once you have added all the necessary items, you can send the order by using the Action Menu and selecting "Send Order."
By following these steps, you can conveniently create and send orders using the Docketbook mobile app, even when you are out of the office.
