The Timesheet module allows you to extract and summarise information from the time tab of multiple dockets through one easy to use interface. You can find this under the "Dockets" tab.
You can Export Timesheet data into a Excel Spreadsheet by clicking "Export" on the top right hand side of the screen and using the date filter to select the start and end date you want the information for. The select "Export".
Collecting Time
In order to collect timesheet data, the time tab must be added to the Docket Template. This tab collects information in a standard way including:
- Start Time
- Finish Time
- Break time
- Travel Time
The total time is shown as a calculation on this tab as End - Start+ Travel - Break.
The timesheet module requires, at a minimum that Start and End Dates are recorded. For more information on Docket Templates, click here.
Timesheet Features
Use the chevrons to navigate the week view.
Employees will be displayed as Rows with their time for each day in the columns.
Clicking on the arrow next to the names expands to display the docket number, date and client for each docket that makes up the timesheet data.
Using the Filters bar, you can change the date range from the default weekly view to suit your needs (e.g. Wednesday to Tuesday).
