You can get all your dockets for the month emailed to you, so that you can send them along with your invoice. You should still prepare your invoice as usual unless you are invoicing via Docketbook's Xero integration. Here we'll show you show you how to download all your dockets.
STEP 1 of 2
Log into Docketbook on your computer: https://login.docketbook.com.au/signin
- Click on your company name
- Go to Dockets
- Click on the "Reports" button near the top right (see image below)
- Select “Docket Summary report”

Next, as indicated in the image below, you will need to filter which dockets you want emailed to you
- Select the Order (job site) you want to download for
- Enter the date filter (e.g. 1 October to 31 October)
- Select Accepted and Sent dockets only
(note: if you have dockets that have not been Accepted and are still in a Sent status for the month, follow up with the site Foreman)
- PDF is already selected, select “Include Supporting Dockets”
- Click “Generate Report”
- The report will be emailed to you within a minute and will contain all of the dockets requested in one PDF file
If you would also like to download a spreadsheet showing all docket line items, follow the same process, but select Excel spreadsheet instead of PDF.
